Some law firms send me dozens of cases each year; other offices just a few "tough to crack" cases. I prefer to handle these cases as co-counsel, with the referring lawyer and this office working together with the communication and client preparation. I want the referring lawyer to be assured that my interest in the case is limited to that case alone--I want the client to know that future matters will be handled by the referring lawyer.
